We’ve spent the last year heads down, working closely with many of you, looking at where the industry’s headed, and asking ourselves how we can keep helping you grow—even as things get harder out there. Version 9 is packed with updates that do just that.
We’ll be rolling this out over the coming quarters, but here’s a preview of what’s coming:
Revenue cycle that can scale
We’re adding more automation, better denial and appeal tools, and tighter control of workflows—all to help you scale without ballooning your back office. Get ready to see appeals and denial automations, more granular workflows, and dramatically improved automation that will allow your RCM operation to service more claims per person with better underlying RCM metrics, leading to improved overall outcomes for the business.
Faster, cleaner financial reporting
Better A/R workflows, true period close, and a ton of under-the-hood upgrades that give your finance team more confidence and control.
Smarter lead management
We’re layering in new automation to help your front desk capture and convert more leads—while building on top of our existing patient engagement platform. This means smoother handoffs, fewer missed opportunities, and better conversion all around.
A better way to manage teams
Fully integrated Company Chat, Patient Chat, Employee Announcements, and deeper integration with OnusOne—all designed to help you manage your team without the chaos.
AI where it actually helps
Building off of our initial set of AI features, Prompt will be adding many additional AI capabilities throughout the platform. We’re layering in AI across the platform—think automated Discharge Summaries, No-Show Prediction, and tools to flag patients at risk of dropping off. This isn’t just shiny tech: It’s real automation that saves your team time and boosts results.
Tools to fight margin pressure
We’re rolling out new features to help you capture every dollar: intelligent credit card surcharging to patients, enhancements to the Kiosk, front-desk workflow tools like authorization management, and much more. We will be continuously evaluating where and how we can remove friction to decrease the cost of providing care.
Clinical workflows that just work
New embedded evaluation templates, better RTM, dynamic text macros, deeper PT Wired integration, and streamlined compliance tools—all built to support your clinical team, not slow them down.
Better reporting & executive insights
We’re upgrading our reporting and BI tools, including an AI-powered assistant that helps surface the insights that matter—no need to be a data nerd.
And one more big thing: Interoperability
We’ve partnered with Kno2 to bring real, two-way clinical communication into Prompt—so you can connect with referring providers, hospitals, and more, without jumping through hoops. On top of that, we’re now offering automated BI data extracts, which means you can access and use your data when and how you want—without waiting on support or dealing with manual exports.
